The key to comedy, they say, is timing. The timing of line breaks can also achieve this. I found this in a co-worker’s wiki page:

 ***WARNING***
 grub.conf is the configuration for the "GRand Unified Bootloader"  Screw this
 up, and the machine will need to be reimaged.  
 ***WARNING***

I suspect this was intentional given what I know of my co-worker, but since he retired years ago, we may never know for sure.

Side note: Erich Boleyn and I went to college together. We were goofing around with one of the alpha releases of GNU Hurd around 1995. One day he came in and said: “I wrote a new bootloader last night!” That was the beginning of GRUB!
